Description

The UF membranefilter is automatically rinsed backwards and forwards by the controller once a day.

Backward Flush
The SafeWater systemTM is equipped with an automatic backflushing function of the membrane. The captured contaminants
on the inside of the membrane are thereby flushed from the expansion tank in counter-current with permeate water and
discharged via the discharge pipe to the sewer.

Forward Flush
After that, the UF membrane filter is automatically flushed forward. At this stage, all captured bacteria and contaminants
that remain in the membranes are washed away to the sewer.
