Project Description

The second phase of the Gazeley Distribution Center was recently completed at Business park Smakterheid in Venray, The Netherlands. The building received the BREEAM-NL delivery certificate ‘very good’. An important part of this is the rainwater system. The roof provides more than enough rainwater for flushing the 25 toilets and 10 urinals. A PROFI rainwater plant was chosen to be able to bridge the large distances. The rainwater is stored in four 10 m³ linked concrete tanks.
